Reporting to: Commercial Excellence LeadLocation: Kuala LumpurExcellent employee compensation and benefitsWork Type: Hybrid the role Lead and manage Sales Force Effectiveness function by developing and implementing a robust sales force effectiveness framework to govern all sales force effectiveness activitiesDrive active usage of customer relationship management program to monitor interactions with current and future customers, manage customer data and direct segmentation/targeting, etcImplement segmentation & targeting process and ensure targeting effectiveness for sales force.Implement, monitor and develop sales capability measurement tools. Track and share the result with leadership team and help them identify areas for capability improvement. the experience Bachelors degree in Business, Statistics, science, IT, or relevant field.4-6 years of relevant SFE experience in pharma or consumer healthcare business.Leadership and people management experience are preferableAbility to influence and manage a complex set of internal and external stakeholders how to apply
