Job Description
- Support the General Manager (GM) in creating and executing the overall marketing strategy to achieve the organization's business objectives.
- Supervise the development, execution, and refinement of multi-channel marketing campaigns, covering digital, social media, content, events, and traditional advertising.
- Lead the marketing team by setting goals, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and providing feedback on performance.
- Work with other departments (e.g., sales, product, operations) to ensure marketing efforts are in line with the company's broader goals.
- Analyze marketing data to discover trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Keep up with industry trends, new marketing technologies, and competitive dynamics.
- Assist the GM with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the marketing department.

Digital Analytics and Reporting:
