About Our Client

Our client is an established MNC in the FMCG industry. They are currently looking for a highly experienced RA Executive to be a part of their organization.

Job Description

  • Ensure all products comply with local and international regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies to facilitate product approvals.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory documentation for product registration and approval.
  • Manage the lifecycle of product registrations, including renewals and amendments.
  • Maintain regulatory databases and documentation archives.
  • Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and legal departments to ensure compliance in product development and marketing strategies.
  • Provide regulatory guidance during product formulation and labeling.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss and resolve regulatory issues.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends.
  • Communicate regulatory updates to relevant departments.
  • Assess the impact of regulatory changes on business operations.
  • Work with the Quality Assurance team to ensure product quality and safety standards are met.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Address regulatory inquiries and complaints.
  • Provide training to internal teams on regulatory requirements and processes.
  • Mentor and develop junior regulatory affairs staff.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian and international regulatory requirements and guidelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
