**Responsibilities**:
- Establish, implement, maintain and update Halal Assurance System (HAS) Manual as per JAKIM/MUIS requirements.
- Responsible to ensure all the ingredients of products are Halal, collecting & updating Halal certificates and/or other halal supporting documents and ensure Halal status for raw materials and other related material products applied throughout the manufacturing processes.
- To ensure all products are obtained Halal Certification within the validity period.
- Coordinate Internal Halal Committee.
- Responsible in plan and conduct Internal Halal Training and Internal Halal Audit.
- Responsible to establish SOP and work instructions according to relevant standards compliance.
- Coordinate 5S programme and oversee production department cleanliness.
- Assist in establishing, upgrading, implementing and maintaining of HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000 & FSSC 22000 system.
- Assist in process improvements pertaining to other certified standards compliance in the company.
- To assist other special tasks appointed from management and superiors.
- To coordinate all matters related to regulatory affairs involving importation and distribution of biomedical products, SIRIM Registration, Suruhanjaya Tenaga in Malaysia such as:
- Understanding regulations involving importation and distribution of Medical Device, SIRIM Registration, Suruhanjaya Tenaga in Malaysia.
- Maintain up-to-date information on regulatory requirements and regulations.
- Liaising with external parties such as Principals, Regulatory board on matters related to regulatory requirements.
- Maintain database of registration status for products.
- Registration & renewal submission to the Regulatory board.
**Job Requirements**:
- Must have certificate in Halal Executive.
- At least 1 year working experience in related field.
- Knowledge in GMP. HACCP & HALAL is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
