Assistant Operation Manager

Minimum SPM Holder.Able to travel outstation to East MalaysiaMin 2 years experience in retail management, with skill in sales, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.Strong Leadership Skills to effectively lead and motivate the retail team to inspire and mentor staff, resolve conflicts, and make strategic decisions.Communication Skills: Effective communication is crucial for a retail business manager, as they need to communicate with both staff and business associates.
