Working closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners/Leads in the APMA region.Organize and schedule Interviews promptlyCoordinate with candidate via phone calls for urgent scenarios.Responsible for preparing Employment Contracts for new hiresAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsDevelop and maintain a filing system, organizing candidate’s data (e.g. resume, personal documents etc) in internal databaseResponsible for performing background checks on new hiresAssist with new hire onboarding (e.g. collecting required documents from candidate and sub-mitting documents to P&O Services)Update and maintain policies and proceduresVendor management and maintain contact listsSubmit and reconcile expense reports and vendor invoicing, raise POInitiate and monitor relocation process with Global MobilityHandling application of work permits for Foreign Workers & Employment Pass for ExpatriatesAssist in sending out announcement on job openings


Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor/master’s degree in HR/Accounting/Business or related field is preferred.Fluency in an additional regional language is an added advantage.1+ years’ experience in P&O Services (or similar customer service organizations) preferably in larger organizations
