Plan staff development programs in line with company objectives- Responsible for all matters involving HR management such as hiring, training, salaries, claims, policies, contracts, talent management, discipline and performance appraisals.- Monitor recruitment efforts for all personnel including writing and placing job ads- Manage the recruitment and selection process of new staff- Highlight and assist with any work-related problems in the office.- Assist and advise the General Manager on policies, training, procedures and issues in human resource management.- Represent the company (if necessary) in a positive and professional manner at all times.- Assist managers in any meeting needs.- Manage and develop staff reporting systems- Ensure that programs are planned with clear objectives.- Supervises and manages staff performance appraisal systems- Participate in staff meetings.**Requirements**:1) Experienced in HR task such as recruitment, payroll, staff perfomances, staff development, staff welfare, and elimination2) Age between 18-30 years3) Can work overtime4) Can work out of area5) Not Blacklist by Immigration6) Can work in minimum supervision7) Can work in Melaka8) Posses own vehicle9) Willing to travel10) Can speak & write in Malay & English.11) Can communicate well & have good working ethics12) Able to work alone and with the group**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 monthsPay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusExpected Start Date: 06/01/2024
