Plan staff development programs aligned with company goals
  • Manage all HR matters including recruitment, training, compensation, policies, talent management, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee recruitment activities and place job advertisements.
  • Conduct recruitment and selection procedures.
  • Address and resolve work-related issues.
  • Provide guidance to the General Manager on HR policies and procedures.
  • Represent the company professionally as needed.
  • Support managers in meeting arrangements.
  • Develop and manage staff reporting structures.
  • Supervise staff performance appraisals.
  • Participate in team meetings.

Requirements:

Skilled in HR tasks such as recruitment, payroll, staff development, employee welfare, and termination2) Age: 18-30 years3) Flexible to work overtime4) Willing to work out of the immediate area5) Not blacklisted by Immigration6) Capable of working with minimal supervision7) Location: Melaka8) Own transportation is essential9) Must be willing to travel10) Proficient in Malay & English languages11) Excellent communication and work ethics12) Can work independently and collaboratively
Job Types:
