- Inventory Turnover: Calculate the rate at which inventory is sold and replaced within a specific period.
- Order Fulfilment Cycle Time: Measure the time it takes from receiving an order to shipping it out.
- Obsolete Inventory Reduction: Track the percentage of obsolete inventory identified and removed from stock.
- Documentation Accuracy: Evaluate the accuracy and completeness of inventory-related documentation.
- Building Satisfaction: Obtain feedback from internal and external buildings regarding inventory availability and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (min 2 years) in logistics, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
