JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Candidates should have 20+ years’ experience in thermal design/simulation/test validation for electronic product, IT equipment’s experience is preferred.
  2. 5+ years team management experience of 10+ team members, the experience of building a team from 0 to 1 is preferred.
  3. Bachelor / Master degree or above in Thermodynamic or relevant Engineering.
  4. Strong user of Flotherm as CFD analysis tool. Transient analysis experience is a plus.
  5. Expertise in various heat sinks, heat pipe, Vapor chamber design/selection, liquid cooling or other advanced cooling technology is a plus.
  6. Expertise in various fan speed control methodology and over temperature protection mechanism.
  7. Familiar with thermal measurement technology and test tools such as temperature data logger, IR camera, wind tunnel, air speed meter etc.
  8. Knowledge about 3D tool such as Creo considered as a plus.
  9. Knowledge of switch/storage/server system architecture is a plus.
  10. Familiar with industry standard including NEBS, GR-63, ASHRAE TC9.9, MSA, etc.
  11. Excellent in communication and presentation skill.
