Job responsibilities:Coordination and communication with Multi-Channel-Network (MCN) agencies, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and sellersSupport and troubleshooting for MCN agencies, KOLs and sellersTo handle traffic operations (e.g., CRM, homepage banner, poplayer, social media)Coordinate seller hunting, operations of livestream product samplesQuality control of livestream contentJob Requirements:Bachelor degree from reputable university (preferably with database, mathematics, and or communication background)1 year experience in ecommerce or tech industry (preferably have experience in livestreaming)Have experience working in fast pace working environment Able to WFO in weekdays and visit MCN studio when necessaryCommunity management and experience with social commerce is a plusHands-on experience working with multiple teams and stakeholdersDetailed-oriented and good communication skills with willingness to learn in a fast-moving environmentStrong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-makingAnalytical mind & strong attention to detailAbility to work both independently and within a teamProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)Experience in e-commerce preferredJob Details :Working days/hours : Monday - Friday / 9AM-6PMWorking location : Bangsar South, Kuala LumpurStatus : ContractDuration : until March 2025 (subject to extension based on performance and approval)Industry : E-Commerce
