Skills and Experience Required

  • Regulatory Compliance: Experience ensuring compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Operational Management: Extensive experience overseeing hospital operations, including patient care, staffing, and facilities management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated success in building relationships with board members, government officials, donors, and the community.
  • Change Management: Experience leading organizational change, including process improvements and technology adoption.

Culture and Benefits

Basic salary of up to RM40,000. This is a good project to be included in your resume, so if you are able to complete on time and on budget, there is high bonus potential (6+ months).
