**In this position you will....
be part of the Distribution International team and you will play an important role in supporting the CEO and the senior leadership team with strategic planning, delivering on their broader goals and work closely across multiple functions across all markets and group functions. You will have a front-row seat to experience how a high-growth organisation works internally.

**You will be responsible for **
- To complete a broad variety of tasks that help facilitate the CEO and the leadership development and execution to deliver Distribution International strategy. In the role you are handing commercially sensitive information, so must use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgement to handle all matters.
- Annual strategy planning support, including coordinating internal stakeholders, consolidation of strategy planning documents and management of confidential information
- Planning, preparation and support of internal quarterly business reviews, monthly business reviews and ad hoc meetings as required
- Planning, preparation, and support of events, such as town halls and strategy planning offsites
- Preparation of CEO and leadership team communications for key business initiatives, ensuring high quality and accurate content
- Managing the CEO’s Office to deliver outcomes across internal planning, internal communications, supporting the executive team and special projects
- Liaising with Group teams, including Strategy team to support managing rapid response to urgent requests
- Tracking and monitoring projects, action items, and strategies that stem from the CEO and leadership team Complete ad hoc projects as assigned

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- University Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or strategy-based positions
- Demonstrated analytical skills, including quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive deep insights
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Highly flexible with strong aptitude and attitude towards willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of effectively working with C-suite and leadership teams
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Highly proficiency in Microsoft suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and other optimization tools
- Used to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
