Group Consumer and Digital Banking (“GCDB”) comprises the Group’s entire consumer banking franchise, retail segments, products and channels across seven countries in ASEAN, including two digital banks. In addition, GCDB is also responsible for CIMB Group’s investments, partnerships and value creation activities in the digital space, previously within the ambit of CIMB Digital Assets (including Touch ‘n Go Group).

Business Management & CEO’s Office (“BMCO”), GCDB is responsible for overseeing, steering and executing a diverse range of initiatives across GCDB and its businesses to ensure strategic alignment of the organisation, its programmes, stakeholders, as well as business objectives.

BMCO also supports various administrative functions and organisational aspects within the office of the CEO of GCDB, which primarily involves the bridging of people, business functions, and operating levers, as well as stakeholder management across the entire division and in all its markets where required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and execute division-level and/or cross-functional programmes and projects, including but not limited to areas of strategy, transformation, planning, business development and partnerships, reporting directly to the CEO of GCDB.
- Collaborate with teams and businesses across GCDB in various capacities (locally and regionally), ensuring overall alignment, enablement, as well as managing and bridging of stakeholders (internal and external), including inter-market alignment where required.
- Develop materials and facilitate the positioning and representation of GCDB and its functions and businesses, both internally and externally, including the positioning of CIMB Group’s overall consumer-facing franchise.
- Assist in general division-level reporting across relevant management channels and committees, working closely with relevant internal teams and other stakeholders in the organisation.
- Plan and execute people and corporate engagement agendas internally and externally on behalf of the CEO, in addition to managing day-to-day operating requirements of the office of the CEO.
- Any other duties or responsibilities deemed necessary to meet the needs of the CEO, the division, its businesses and stakeholders.
