We're looking for a skilled and motivated Production Technician to join a growing team for a global leader in machinery manufacturer based in Malaysia In this role, you'll be responsible for assemblies, tests, and ensuring quality of mechanical components following specifications.

  • Reporting to: Production Lead
  • Location: Selangor

    • Interpret technical documents, utilize various tools, and perform precision tasks to assemble machines and components.
    • Verify functionality, adhere to quality standards, identify defects, and collaborate to ensure flawless products.
    • Maintain accurate records of assembly activities, inspections, and testing procedures.
    • Follow safety protocols, regulations, and best practices to create a secure work environment.
    • Participate in initiatives, provide feedback, and collaborate to optimize assembly processes.
    • Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to implement design changes and improvements.

      the experience

      • High school diploma (vocational training preferred) with experience in mechanical assembly (manufacturing environment a plus).
      • Strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency with hand & power tools, and ability to interpret technical documents.
      • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills to ensure accurate, efficient assembly.
      • Effective communication and ability to collaborate within a team environment.
      • Commitment to continuous improvement by embracing new processes and technologies.
