The Challenges

  • Ensure a healthy fleet life, in terms of aging, availability, and aesthetic.
  • Regular check and monitoring of fleet tagging, resource numbers, decals, appearance & cleanness, SV & SRV tagging.
  • Breakdown analysis with action plan, troubleshooting action plan and protocol (both internal and external).
  • Poka-Yoke processes for dynamic and empowered maintenance by having SOP for each type of maintenance, onsite and offsite.
  • Daily technical support to the team/customer and related continuous improvement projects.
  • Drive connectivity as a pro-active uptime and business tool, gaining insights and driving learning through the organization.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities in service strategy for the company to outperform the competition.
  • Resolve customer disputes with regards to all service deliverables and their performance.
  • Visit and evaluate customer feedback, take corrective actions, provide advice and training when required.
  • Improvement, standardization and going beyond in every step of customer interaction during mob/demob/maintenance process.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations per ISO requirements.
  • Ownership of DB/sharepoints etc follow up and Analysis.
  • My Quest check up.
  • Warranty reporting.
  • Machine updates and modifications ECB follow up and implementation.
  • Alignment of maintenance processes in the region, both in terms of correct execution of SOP and efficiency.

What It Takes

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering.
  • Sound knowledge of ASR products and associated products.
  • Strong background and experience with engines, electronic engines, compressor modules, and controls.
  • Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
  • Embracing challenges in a multicultural environment with a strong focus on continual improvement is required.
  • You have a structured, independent way of working and a quick grasp.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious about digitalization and innovative processes.
