Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)

  1. Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  2. Manage Recruitment Process: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
  3. Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.

2. Employee Relations:

  1. Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
  2. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  3. Counseling: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including career development and performance concerns.

3. Performance Management:

  1. Performance Reviews: Oversee the performance appraisal process, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and conducting evaluations.
  2. Development Plans: Work with managers to create and implement employee development plans and performance improvement plans.

4. Compensation and Benefits:

  1. Salary Administration: Develop and manage salary structures and compensation programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.
  2. Benefits Management: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  3. Compliance: Ensure that compensation and benefits practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

5. Compliance and Legal:

  1. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  2. Policy Development: Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and best practices.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.

6. Training and Development:

  1. Identify Training Needs: Assess organizational and individual training needs and develop training programs to address those needs.
  2. Implement Training: Coordinate and deliver training sessions and professional development opportunities.
  3. Evaluate Effectiveness: Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

7. Organizational Development:

  1. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives and help manage transitions effectively.
  2. Culture Development: Promote and foster a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company’s values and mission.
  3. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.

8. Health and Safety:

  1. Workplace Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
  2. Wellness Programs: Develop and manage employee wellness programs and initiatives.

9. HR Analytics and Reporting:

  1. Data Management: Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, measure performance, and support decision-making.
  2. Reporting: Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to senior management, including turnover rates, absenteeism, and recruitment effectiveness.

10. Employee Engagement and Recognition:

  1. Recognition Programs: Develop and implement employee recognition programs to reward and motivate staff.
  2. Feedback Mechanisms: Establish channels for employee feedback and address concerns to improve workplace morale.
