About the role

As a HR Analyst at Reckitt's Shared Services Centre, you will dive into data-driven environments where your insights have the power to shape our HR landscape. This is a role for those who find stories in numbers and strength in analytics. Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

  • Assist in day-to-day operation, particularly maintaining Talent Data information, managing/coordinating the PDR & Talent Activities and ensuring that SLAs and KPIs are executed as agreed.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to our juniors in the team and assist the manager on any ad-hoc request whenever is needed.
  • Exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality in maintaining critical and sensitive information, records, and reports.            
  • Other clerical and administrative tasks assigned from time to time.
The experience we're looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized university or relevant professional qualifications.
  • Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in HR administration and procedures will be preferred for this role
  • Good knowledge of HR Systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and HRIS will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
