Serve as the primary point of contact for all front desk inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.Greet visitors warmly, answer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate staff members or resources.Manage student enrollment processes, including collecting and processing registration forms, payments, and student records.Assist teachers with administrative tasks, such as preparing classroom materials, organizing student assignments, and photocopying resources.Support marketing and promotional activities by distributing marketing materials, coordinating outreach events, and assisting with social media management.Coordinate logistics for special events, such as open houses, parent-teacher day, and workshops.Maintain office organization and cleanliness, including managing office supplies inventory, ordering supplies as needed, and ensuring the office is presentable for visitors.Manage items delivery such as preparing consignment notes, dealing with courier company and wrapping packages, to ensure students or parents receive gifts on time

Diploma or equivalent required, preferably in business administration, or related field.minimum 2 years of proven experience in office administration, receptionist, or customer service role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Spreedshet,Outlook) and other common office software applications.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in an educational setting or customer service role is a plus.
