We are seeking Retail Sales Executive to join our team in a high-end furniture showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers as they enter the showroom and assist them in finding the right products.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and follow-up.
  • Understand the product line and provide customers with accurate information about each product.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of each item.
  • Assist customers with design recommendations and ensure that their needs are met.
  • Negotiate and close sales transactions with customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend reorders as needed.
  • Participate in promotional events and marketing activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Qualifications:

  • SPM, Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Knowledge of high-end furniture and interior design is preferred.
