You will participate in training experience, learn new skills, and to demonstrate increasing proficiency and expertise with supervisory and managerial responsibilities.

The Role:

  • Participate in all activities in Financial Sector Talent Enrichment Programme (FSTEP).
  • Undergo on-the-job training based on the respective Management Associate Track (Actuarial/Finance, Operations, Business or Governance, Distribution).
  • Project manage companywide and ad-hoc activities to develop leadership skills in various aspects. e.g. LIFE Programme, Townhall, Career Fair, School Adoption Programme, Industrial Visit, Employer Branding initiatives, etc.
  • Accelerate personal growth through personal development interventions.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  • Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practice.
  • Other responsibilities entailed.


The Person:

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Actuarial Science, Accounting & Finance, BioHealth/Biotechnoloy/Biomedical Science, Economics, Business, Information Technology, Law, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.50/4.00.
  • Fresh graduate or with 1 year working experience.
  • Driven, adaptable and highly passionate for excellence.
  • Strong research and analytical skill.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
