**Summary**
The Human Resources (HR) Manager plays a vital role in our company's success by overseeing all aspects of our employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement. You will be the strategic partner to our leadership team, ensuring we have a talented and engaged workforce that fuels our business goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Talent Acquisition**: Lead the recruitment process to attract, identify, and hire top talent. This includes developing job descriptions, managing applicant tracking systems, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- ** Employee Relations**: Foster a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating disputes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- ** Benefits & Compensation**: Administer and oversee employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid leave. Stay up-to-date on trends and recommend changes to optimize our benefits package.
- ** Performance Management**: Work with managers to develop and implement performance management programs. This includes conducting performance reviews, providing coaching and development opportunities, and handling disciplinary actions.
- ** HR Compliance**: Ensure the organization adheres to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- ** Training & Development**: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Human Resources generalist or management role.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HR information systems and software.
