Human Resources Manager

A Human Resources Manager responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources and coordinating all administrative activities related to an organization’s personnel. Their duties include developing recruitment strategies, implementing systems for managing staff benefits, payroll and behavior and onboarding new employees. He/She should set the tone for the entire human resources department, from employee relations to payroll to compliance issues, the HR department helps ensure that an organization runs smoothly, and the Human Resources Manager is at the helm. Duties and responsibilities include:
Ensure the organization’s compliance with local state and federal regulations.
Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and on-boarding
Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
Ensuring job descriptions for all positions within the company are relevant to the needs of the company
Ensure all employees receive a contract of employment within the required timescales
Ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act in relation to employee records.
Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
Conduct performance and salary reviews
To track and monitor performance of individual employees as well as departments, and the overall organization.
Reviewing and assessing an employee's work history.
Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibility
**Delivering performance evaluations by provide**:
- Monitoring of related KPIs and referring as and when appropriate
- Excellent communication channels (up, down & sideways),
- Efficient in essential processes (mínimalistic in rules & spreadsheets)
- Service to others (e.g. KRoom operations and other teams)
Maintain HR System and process
To conduct an induction / orientation program for new recruits.
Handled payroll included Statutory contributions.
Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
Foreign workers management (Mdec/Expats/ Immigration etc)
To assist in all Human Resource related and administrative duties
Maintain and update all HR reports
Maintain of all types of leave records eg holiday, sick, maternity, volunteering and schemes employee benefits and claims
Checking of attendance sheets for all staff
Investigate employee issue and conflicts and brings them to resolution
Handling of phone calls and general mail services
To maintain and upkeep individual employee training records.
To process training claims submission for HRDF
Maintain a positive, can-do attitude with staff. Provide great communication (listening and speaking) and demand from others. Be visible to staff and customers
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by reporting Manager
Training, Education, Consultancy and workshops in all related services in all areas of Information Technology, Research and publications on bioinformatics consultants, agents, trainers, provide counseling, advisory services for furtherance of bioinformatic and IT Education.
