Our client is renowned company in the **Petrochemical **industry. Located in **Ara Damansara**, they are looking for a seasoned **Human Resource Administrative Manager **to spearhead their business goals

**Qualifications**
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology from recognized university with minimum 8 years related Human Resources management, includes 3 years managerial capacity.

**Job Summary**
The Human Resource Administrative Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) and Administration department including hiring and interviewing staff, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices and managing administration duties in the office.

**Required Skills/Abilities**

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

**Human Resource**
- Aligns with the management philosophy and company vision, effectively communicating and disseminating messages to the staff to foster a shared understanding and direction
- Work with the Management team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy in relation to current and future talent needs, retention, and succession planning
- Conducts onboarding orientation for new staff and off boarding for resign staffs
- Manages employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
- Payroll administration including timely and accurate payments and the preparation and submission of monthly HR management reports
- Ensures all staff-related issues are in compliance with the current labour practices and regulatory changes.
- Conducts the evaluation and management of staff performance with the Management
- Reviews the Employee Handbook on a yearly basis
- Designs employee wellness and incentive programs
- Designs, implements, and oversees adherence to office policies and procedures

**Administrative**
- Manages all administrative tasks of the organization
- Provides general support to other departments
- Establishes and monitors procedures for proper record-keeping
- Monitors and maintains adequate office equipment, supplies, and inventory
- Monitors the Time Attendance System
- Strategizes, coordinates, and leads projects for the planning and organization of company activities, such as the Board and Shareholders Meeting etc.
- Maintains a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment
