Human Resources:
- To handle full spectrum of HR management including but not limited to hiring, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, orientation, leave management, grievances and disciplinary, compensation, benefits, employee engagement and performance management.
- To manage the administration of Contract Workers and Company Security.
- To liaise with government statutory bodies for legal and administration requirement.
- To keep abreast of all labour-related regulations and ensure compliance with such policies to minimize any legal risks and regulatory compliance issues.
- To maintain, and implement HR related policies and procedures and provide guidance for good understanding and interpretation of these guidelines by all employees.
- Any other adhoc task assigned.
Office Administration:
- To handle office management and general maintenance.
- To ensure the upkeep of good office conditions.
- To coordinate on hostel management.
- To ensure Company vehicles licenses and maintenance are valid and done on timely basis.
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
