**Responsibilities**:_
1. Assist in payroll data management, such as payroll data surveys;
2. Responsible for employee compensation and bonus calculations;
3. Responsible for carrying on the HR process including but not limited to employees’ on-boarding, resign, transfer etc. in Asia-Pacific region.
4. Responsible for the employees’ social security, provident fund, commercial insurance management etc. and annual declaration in Asia-Pacific region.
5. Responsible for the attendance management, and report preparation;
6. Responsible for the file management of payroll module.
7. Assist in managing and optimizing the HR related system and process.
8. Reasonable prevention and management of labor risks, including but not limited to labor disputes, disputes and conflicts, emergencies and so on.
- **Job Requirements**:_
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 year of HR work experience.
2. Fluent in Chinese and English, local Chinese in Malaysia is preferred.
3. Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and knowledge of local HR practices, familiar with hr ssc module knowledge is preferred.
4. Thinking and experience in process optimization, ability to work from a standardized, process-oriented perspective.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills, ability to analyze and solve complex problems, good negotiation skills.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
