JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for all matters pertaining Human Resource (HR) such as recruitment, hiring, payroll including allowance, overtime payment and reimbursement.
- Assist in communicate HR policies and procedure changes to employees as advise by HQ.
- To handle industrial relations issue and employee relation issue.
- To handle and monitoring of documents for interview and hiring for new joiner is complete.
- Handle employee’s queries on all payroll related matters on prompt basis.
- Handle industrial relation issue and employee relations issues.
- To maintain and update all personal data of employees.
- Ensure employee welfare and benefits are administered in accordance with the term and conditions of employment..
- To monitor attendance records, disciplinary issues, trainings, and others which related.
- To maintain accurate and organize HR records according to ISO 9001:2015.
- To coordinate admin matters such as office and pantry supplies, PPE, walkie-talkie, stationeries, etc.
- To update and follow up vehicles’ road tax for renewal & vehicle service appointment at service centre or PUSPAKOM.
- To update & tagging company assets.
- Organising and leading induction programmes for new joiners.
- Organising staff engagement, event, etc.
- Any other task as assigned by Management.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration & Management.
2. Minimum one (3) years’ experience in related field.
3. Knowledge in Malaysia Labour Law and Tax Compliance, SOCSO, EIS and EPF.
4. Good in interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Organised, independent and result oriented.
6. Ability to work fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.
8. Proficient in English/Bahasa Malaysia (both verbal & written).
9. Knowledge in HRIS Software eg: HR2000.
10. The ability to work effectively on a wide range of tasks simultaneously and cross functionally.
11. Able to work productively with mínimal supervision, result-oriented with excellent planning and organizational ability, resourceful and has high sense of urgency to complete tasks within deadlines.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
