Admin Cum Inventory Control

Quality and quantity check when arrivals of stock from suppliers.Provide support during inventory counts and participate in monthly stock checking.Generate reports on inventory levels, usage, and trends for management review.Conduct regular audits of inventory to reconcile discrepancies and ensure accurate records.Providing general administrative support to team members as needed.Develop and implement inventory control procedure to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of inventory items.Monitor inventory levels and tract stock movement to ensure accuracy and prevent stock shortage or over-stock situations.

Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to inventory control.Stock control, Purchasing, Providing sales team feedback, updating stock, checking arrivals, managing returns, ensuring cleanliness, organizing shelves, Customer Pre-order, and handling ad-hoc tasks.Checking stock in/out from Gold Smith, correctly weighing gold weight and price input into the computer, Supplier record balance.Excellent attention to details and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Flexibility to adapt and ability to work in shifts.Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.Minimum Education Preferably with additional certification in inventory management or related fields.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Diploma or Degree qualification.
