  1. Reconcile Intercompanies and adjust the difference
  2. Accrual for intercompany entries and loan interest and withholding tax
  3. Record Intercompany lease related entries
  4. Prepare sales commission and POS commission accrual and payment
  5. Prepare trade receivables and subcon receivables recon
  6. Reclass credit balance at customer level in receivables
  7. Prepare bad debt allowance entries
  8. Allocate freight cost into various business units
  9. Update/Maintain intangible assets book and amortization system
  10. Perform account analysis and account review
  11. Reconcile sub-ledger with general ledger, ensuring balance
  12. Reconcile balance sheet account, ensuring balance

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Degree in Accounting or Professional Certificate equivalent
  2. Preferred with 1-2 years working experience in related job
  3. Proficiency in numerical data analysis and rapid learning.
  4. Able to work under minimum supervision & meet deadlines
  5. Possess knowledge in accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger function
  6. Able to effectively communicate with working partners at foreign countries
