Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the hospital's mission, vision, and goals.

    • Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, quality of care, and patient satisfaction.
  2. Financial Management:
    • Oversee the hospital's financial performance, including budgeting, revenue generation, and expense management.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
    • Implement cost-saving measures without compromising the quality of patient care.
  3. Operational Oversight:
    • Provide leadership and direction to department heads and staff to ensure smooth operations and optimal patient outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate is a seasoned healthcare executive with a track record of success. Key requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare management, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and inspire confidence among stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian healthcare regulations, policies, and practices preferred.
