Job Description
  • Generating Leads : Sales executives often need to identify potential customers through various means such as cold calling, networking, attending events, and utilizing digital marketing channels.
  • Prospecting and Qualifying : Once leads are generated, sales executives qualify them to ensure they fit within the target market and have potential to become customers. This involves understanding the needs of the prospects and determining if the company's products or services are a good fit.
  • Building Relationships : Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients is crucial. Sales executives need to cultivate trust and rapport with prospects and existing customers through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Presenting Products or Services : Sales executives present the company's products or services to potential customers, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions. This may involve giving presentations, product demonstrations, or preparing proposals.
  • Negotiating and Closing Deals : Sales executives negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, including pricing, delivery, and payment terms. They strive to close deals in a way that satisfies both the customer and the company.
