Job Responsibilities
  1. Possess in-depth knowledge of all aftersales processes, including workshop operations, parts sales, warranty services, and general service activities.
  2. Responsible for overall management of service operations and administration in accordance with policies and procedures set out by the company.
  3. Organize and coordinate all activities within the workshop including vehicles repairs, maintenance, service, and body & paint work if required.
  4. Ensure timely submission of all after-sales reports to the company.
  5. Develop strategies for expansion and process enhancements to drive service excellence and profitability.
  6. Handling customers and initiating customer care activities consistently to achieve the greatest customer satisfaction index.
  7. Manage and oversee stock inventory of spare parts, tools and ensure proper handling of aged stock.
  8. Ensure the entire service center and workshop complies with all relevant regulations and licensing.
  9. Recruit, mentor and develop technicians and service advisors and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
  10. Conduct regular performance review and evaluate all after sales personnel.
  11. Ensure department objectives aligned with company KPIs and execute activities to improve workshop efficiency, productivity, profitability and achieve target effectively.
  12. To assist or support any other duties assigned by Management / Company.
Job Requirements
  1. Candidates must possess an Automotive / Mechanical qualification with SPM / MLVK / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  2. Preferably (5) years working experience in after sales automotive industry.
  3. Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese will be added advantage.
  4. Preferences given to candidates with experience in the automotive industry with a proven track record.
  5. Proficient in MS Office.
  6. Strong relationship management and influencing abilities.
  7. Effective planning, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to work independently with self-motivation and high diligence and team spirit.
  9. Goal oriented, proactively work towards goal and target set by company.
  10. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
