  4. Facilitates regular core team meetings to review risks, issues and monitors project health and progress.

  7. Responsible for managing large sized projects (as described in the Project Profile Matrix) supporting the Delivery Lead in customer engagements for SoftwareOne.
  8. Identifies and develops new opportunities within current project supporting early qualification and opportunity assessment.
  9. Provides training to team members and assists them with their professional development.
  10. Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  11. Responsible for leading and supporting the project team as required on all live projects.
  12. Guarantees performance of the teams, and ensure that guidelines client's and organization's frameworks are met.
  13. Responsible for directly managing multiple projects within a Service Practice.
  14. Manages Senior-level client delivery relationships and resolves conflicts.
  15. Manages knowledge sharing within the SoftwareOne PMO community.
  16. Ensures team members support knowledge sharing and reuse requirements of project.
  17. Works with Delivery Leads in project risk management and delivery of projects.
  18. Works with Solution Sales on presales activities and getting the scope finalized as required/requested.
  19. Promotes pmOne services to practice leads/country managers when required.
  20. Participates in upselling and presales activities where the appropriate opportunities present themselves.
  21. Supports project reporting activities.
  22. Completes all processes as part of project delivery in supporting systems such as PSA as required.
  23. Provides support, advice and guidance to other Project Managers or Project Team members.

  4. Experienced in working in a consulting environment.
  5. Has experience of project financial accounting.
  6. Experienced in selling solutions to business decision-makers by reinforcing the value of the SoftwareOne Services to the customer’s overall business pain and/or strategic opportunities.
  7. Experienced in determining strategies to bring the organization forward, setting goals, creating and implementing action plans, evaluating processes.
  8. Experienced in developing new and unique ways to improve operations of the organization and creating new opportunities.

Relevant Experience

  1. +10 years in a Project Management role with a minimum of 3 years experience in a Senior Project Manager L1 role or equivalent.
  2. Holding a PMP/Prince 2 Practitioner certification.
  3. Experience preferably from a Systems Integrator or a large service organization (ability to manage internal as well as external resources with a team size more than 20 people).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From RM22,000.00 per month
