  • Prepare and compile tender documents for M&E and E&I construction projects.
  • Analyze project specifications and requirements to develop accurate and competitive tender proposals.
  • Coordinate with various departments, including engineering, procurement, and project management, to gather necessary information for tenders.
  • Evaluate and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for tender submissions.
  • Manage tender timelines and ensure submissions are completed on time.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and address any queries related to the tender process.
  • Monitor and report on tender progress and outcomes.

    The successful candidate will be reporting to the General Manager and working together with a team of Tender Engineer.

    skills and experience required

    • Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Engineering or relevant courses.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in construction tender job scope.
    • Experience in the mechanical, electrical or instrumentation construction project is a must.
