The Position

Position:

The Roche Services & Solutions (RSS) organization provides services and solutions to the Roche organization out of our Headquarters in Basel / Kaiseraugst and the three strategic locations: Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Budapest (Hungary) and San José (Costa Rica). This is a recently established and rapidly growing global organization with a follow-the-sun ambition to support Roche affiliates and Global functions worldwide. 

As one of our Agile Coaches, you provide leadership for transformation activities necessary for our progressive organizational evolution. 

You will work with multiple teams to continuously evolve the ways of working to ensure realization of business and customer value and also help teams to be high performing.

You are responsible for guiding our partners through the agile culture shift. Facilitate change in mindset and behaviors via a range of tools and practices.

Train teams on the agile methodologies and oversee the development of agile teams to ensure effective outcomes for the enterprise.

The Agile Coach serves as a neutral and objective entity to help navigate roadblocks in the adoption process.

Experience and knowledge of one or more of the focus area principles, methodologies and tools is preferred, but not mandatory

Significant team and individual coaching and facilitation expertise

Has experience and affinity to improve team performance

Influencing & engaging towards a common goal through working collaboratively with and through others

OneRoche & entrepreneurial mindset with a start-up mentality

Proficient in coaching, facilitating and mentoring and able to guide and help people to figure out the right solutions for their challenges

Strong competence in project management to simultaneously drive several projects and in organizing resources and establishing priorities

A deeper understanding of and significant experience with agile ways of working

Challenges the status quo, bringing a “how others to it” perspective

Observes and resolves bottlenecks and gaps

Can handle conflicts in a resourceful way   and c an deliver even difficult feedback appropriately

Workshop and meeting facilitation (Design sprints, Retros,...)

Has a deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework etc.

Is an engaging speaker and presenter with good active listening and communication skills
