The Role

Vacancy: - Customer Service Korean


 Location- Ara Damansara, Malaysia.


 Salary: Bi – lingual (Korean + English) RM 8,500

Permanent Job

 Fresh Graduate or 1 years Customer Service Experience

Headcounts: 10

 Work: Working hours – Rotational Shift

Joining Date: ASAP or with Notice Period


 Position Summary:

Primary Job Functions:

• Answer incoming calls including email and chat in a timely manner.

• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

• Keep the customer’s privacy and protect customer information.

• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

• Achieve the given metrics in accordance to the center’s commitment to client

• Manage and resolve customer complaints.

• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.

• Provide accurate information and excellent customer service.

• Research required information using available resources.

• Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable resources.



 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or National Diploma

• Proficient in relevant computer applications

• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles

• Excellent data entry and typing skills.

• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Customer Success role, ideally within the Hospitality, Telecommunications and Other Services industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have working knowledge of data entry, Superior listening, typing skills and verbal, and written communication skills
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
