Résumé des fonctions Vérifier que les chiffres, les affichages et les documents ont été bien saisis, qu’ils sont mathématiquement exacts et que les codes appropriés ont été utilisés. Organiser, sécuriser et mettre à jour tous les fichiers, les dossiers, la trésorerie et les équivalents de trésorerie, conformément aux politiques et procédures. Enregistrer, stocker, accéder à et/ou analyser l’information financière informatisée. Classer, coder et résumer les données numériques et financières afin de compiler et de tenir des registres financiers, en utilisant des journaux, des livres et/ou des ordinateurs. Effectuer les procédures et les rapports de clôture de fin de période spécifiés. Vérifier les tiroirs-caisses périodiquement, conformément aux procédures opérationnelles normalisées. Tenir à jour, distribuer et enregistrer la petite caisse, les tiroirs-caisses et les contrats. Documenter, tenir à jour, communiquer et agir sur tous écarts de trésorerie en suivant les procédures opérationnelles normalisées. Assurer la liaison entre la propriété et le service de voiture blindée ou l’institution bancaire principale. Participer aux processus de vérification internes, externes et réglementaires et s’assurer que les procédures opérationnelles normalisées sont respectées. Suivre toutes les politiques et procédures de la compagnie; s’assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l’hôtel; protéger tous les biens de la compagnie; protéger la vie privée et la sécurité des clients et des collègues. Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication; préparer et réviser des documents écrits de manière précise et complète; répondre au téléphone en utilisant l’étiquette appropriée; s’assurer que les collègues comprennent leurs tâches. Développer et maintenir des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs; s’unir et s’entraider afin d’atteindre les buts communs; écouter et répondre de façon appropriée aux problèmes des autres employés. Déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant jusqu’à 10 livres (4,5 kg) sans assistance. S’acquitter d’autres tâches raisonnables, à la demande des superviseurs.
