This position will be handling Customer Experience team day to day operational task which includes but not limited to handling customers’ inquiries, investors and investment related operational tasks.

What you will do:

  • Handle omni-channel inbound inquiries.
  • Handle day to day operational tasks related to investors and investments.
  • Have a hand in the team’s initiatives and campaigns related to OKR.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Have 1 - 2 years experience in Customer Experience or Customer Support, and telemarketing will be an advantage
  • Fluency in written and spoken Bahasa Melayu and English
  • Professional phone and email etiquette - ability to follow up and qualify leads, present the solution and handle questions, objections or other inquiries.
  • Persuasive and possesses strong negotiation skills to get investors onboard. And able to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, meticulous and able to work independently to achieve defined targets.
