- Provide accurate information about products/services and assist with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the system.
- Generate reports on common customer issues and contribute to the development of FAQs.
- Collaborate with the team or other department to implement strategies for enhancing the overall customer experience and address complex problems and provide comprehensive solutions.
