Customer Service Executive

**Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain customer databases.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Preparation of daily/monthly/annual reports.
- Excellent computer skills and Excel spreadsheet experience. Key competencies:
- Interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability.
- Stress tolerance.
- Possess a good command of **Mandarin** & English in both written and verbal forms.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
- Willing to work multitask and able to work independently and with mínimal supervision.
- Working Hours: 9.50 am-7 pm (Monday to Friday).
- Working Hours: 12.50 pm-5 pm Saturday (Alternate).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
Supplemental pay types:
- Attendance bonus
- Performance bonus
