You will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Sales:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed assigned targets.Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and other effective strategies.Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients both in-person and virtually.Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue goals.

 Customer Services:

Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or WhatsApp.Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information to customers.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product/service enhancements and improvements.
