Junior Executive, Customer Service

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Effectively manage incoming calls.
- Resolve customer complaints and questions via phone.
- Reach out to existing customers to conduct Service Quality Calls.
- Act as the company gatekeeper.
- Maintain good relationship between internal & external customers and company.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
- No minimum working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Public Relations / Communications / Customer Service or equivalent.
- Must be a confident communicator.
- Good oral and written communication skills required.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
