The Compensation/Benefits Services Professional will provide functional expertise and specialized administration of compensation & benefits. They will own and deliver continuous improvement, vendor management, operational reporting, and service management. They will interface with Business HR and CoEs to continuously improve services.

Core Responsibilities:

Execute compensation & benefits administration activities and processes; follow all HR Operations policies and procedures to ensure effective employee and manager support ensuring adherence to data privacy and related controlsResearch, analyze, and resolve compensation or benefit issues or inquiries escalated by the Employee Experience Specialists and other stakeholdersAdminister bonus/incentive-based pay processing, ad-hoc payments, and stock grantsManage Leave of Absence process to ensure timely and accurate adjustments required to compensation and benefitsInteract as needed with other key HR areas including Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Digital Solutions, etc.Create job codes and administer equity reviews, merit processing, job reclassifications, interim pay differentials, compensation statements/adjustments, off cycle salary increases and market pricingAdminister benefits including eligibility audits, new hire and annual benefits enrollment, new enrollment audits, termination, and life event changes, benefits accounting, and benefit appeals processProvide analysis and metrics on enrollment and other Compensation or Benefits area to Total Rewards CoE or other stakeholder groupAssist with the benefits administration or transfer processes for employees transferring in and out of state or countryManage retirement, retiree database, retirement plan administration, quality control audits oversight, and implementation on plan design changesWork with vendors to plan, administer, and resolve benefit, and retirement, as neededAssist with audits to ensure accuracy of data in reports and data transmissions to third party vendors; collaborate with business systems counterparts for assessment and correction of discrepanciesInterface with Business HR and CoE to continuously improve compensation & benefits administration processes, procedures, and technologies

Qualified candidates will have:

Mandatory requirements:

University Degree or equivalent experience in a related field1-2 years’ H.R. service center experience, familiar with total rewards tools and processes preferred.Proficient use of applicable technology and MS Office ExcelAble to work non-standard work hours.English, Malay and Mandarin fluency, read, written and spoken.

Required behaviors and skills:

Strong communication, interpersonal, listening, and customer service focus.Ability to handle multiple/complex requests in a timely manner.Able to work in teams effectively and excellent analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information and maintain objectivity under pressure.Exhibits knowledge of HR operations, transactions and possesses working knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
