Methodist College Kuala Lumpur (MCKL) is looking for an Administrative Executive to support our Office of the Registrar with the daily operation activities.

This position will report to Deputy Registrar.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide administrative support to the day to day operation of the Office of the Registrar.
  • Serve as liaison officer for eIPTS, Tracer Study, PTPTN loan, and EPF withdrawal, while also update eIPTS system to ensure the College's student data is up to date.
  • Prepare official transcripts, certificates, student letter or other documents for verification of student status in the college for various purposes.
  • Perform the setup of modules in the College's system.
  • Coordinate and prepare documents and relevant data for regulatory authorities and compliance related activities.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the direct superior or the Senior Management Team.

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum a Diploma holder or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
  • 12 years of related work experience in a Registry Office in education Industry or equivalent.
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • A great team player and has a strong willingness to learn.

Pay:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
