Job Description:

Your primary responsibility will be to administed/monitor the staffs and tasks assign to you and your team member.

You must have excellent organisation skills to smooth running the office on daily routine and enable us to meet our objectives and company goals.

You will carry out a range of administrative duties act as initial point of contact and managing the team so that priorities are met.

You will have to provide effective use of your staff time, arranging extenal appointment and making intial judgement without conflicting any other priorities.

Working odd hour and long hours may be required.

The Team:
You will be the core contact and work closely with the Director of the company. You will be the first point of contact for our clients.

You will always have to provide response to ensure that up to date information daily task and all the routine running smooth in the office is relay to the Director everyday.
