Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to meet or exceed company targets.
  • Utilize various channels and methods to acquire new customers, focusing on Bend customers.
  • Schedule meetings or calls with customers to facilitate further communication.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the company's business scope and customers' demands to facilitate suitable cooperation.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery, track progress, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand customer demands thoroughly, continuously optimize customer profiles, and synchronize market demand trends with the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in sales development for online businesses.
  • Strong interest in a sales career within the B2B sector.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Experience using tools for efficient work, such as CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in sales intelligence tools, e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with crossdepartment coordination skills.
  • Applicable for Malaysian and PR only

Pay:
RM3, RM7,000.00 per month
