**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute outreach strategies to meet or exceed company targets.
- Utilize various channels and methods to acquire new customers, focusing on B-end customers.
- Schedule meetings or calls with customers to facilitate further communication.
- Gain a deep understanding of the company's business scope and customers' demands to facilitate suitable cooperation.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery, track progress, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understand customer demands thoroughly, continuously optimize customer profiles, and synchronize market demand trends with the team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years in sales development for online businesses.
- Strong interest in a sales career within the B2B sector.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from different cultural backgrounds.
- Experience using tools for efficient work, such as CRM tools.
- Proficiency in sales intelligence tools, e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with cross-department coordination skills.
- Applicable for Malaysian and PR only

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
