Job Summary
Formulate and manage short
- and long-term HRIS implementation plans, manage day-to-day HR systems and data integration, troubleshoot system issues, etc. as part of the HRIS functionGeneral Responsibilities

  • Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
  • Develop, manage and monitor HRIS budget/costs to optimize usage of budget against HR system requirements
  • Formulate and manage short
- and long-term plans to cater to HR's system requirement needs, in line with Group-wide offerings and IT governance standards

  • Review, design, test and implement HRISrelated solutions (e.g. SAP HRIS, talent portal, HR dashboard, erecruitment, etc.) to drive HR strategic and operational effectiveness
  • Manage the ongoing daytoday HRIS and data integration between various system platforms (e.g. SAP HRIS, Lotus Notes, HR payroll system, etc.) to ensure the smooth running of HR operational activities
  • Maintain and review existing systems and recommend improvements/standardization/upgrading. Review HRIS data to ensure quality and relevance of its solutions/programs to stakeholders
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues relating to software packages, hardware issues, security, password problems, etc., as part of supporting stakeholders' daytoday IT queries/requests
  • Develop training materials and educate employees on the usage of existing/new/updated systems to equip employees with the necessary knowledge to operate such systems
  • Lead and manage countrywide HRIS projects to enhance existing system needs (e.g. new system implementation, HR system upgrades, standardization to global requirements, etc.). Evaluate and select external vendors in implementing such initiatives, where applicable
  • Lead interactions with internal stakeholders to ensure stakeholder requirements are met regarding SAP HRIS, talent portal, global HR dashboard, erecruitment, etc.
  • Work closely with external IT vendors/consultants on system upgrade/improvement initiatives to facilitate smooth running of such initiativesFunctional Skills and Knowledge
  • Manage project budget and cost/expenditures to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge in SAP HRIS, talent management, HRIS trends, best practices, design, solution evaluation and the use of appropriate technologies
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge in HRrelated needs and provide consulting on design and delivery of HRIS solutions
  • Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in crossculture interactionsEducation
