ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES


The role is responsible to execute GBS HR Employee Services Reporting & Analytics related service requests sent by the Management or Business HR.

This provides employee services related expertise, ensuring that all reporting and insight are executed and aligned to BAT's business strategy and resourcing needs

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Ensuring delivery of the reports to support GBS HR Employee Services, on time in full to support global and regional needs
  • Ensuring reports quality and timing meet the required criteria outlined in process documents, manuals, and instructions
  • Providing insights on the reports updated describing main changes vs other periods, trends, issues, opportunities etc.
  • Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
  • Supervising data quality and work with the relevant departments/functions to improve data quality, bringing up on time to the management
  • Raising areas for improvement in business, specifically in reporting processes, proposing solutions, delivering implementation of agreed solutions
  • Working with Digital solutions delivery teams on providing reporting automation requirements, taking part in testing (UATs, PITs) and implementation
  • Maintaining and improving effective and efficient customer relationships.
  • Proactively dealing with and resolving issues.
  • Speed of response and reliability when dealing with customer requirements/ inquiries in terms of reporting
  • Meeting customers' requirements in reporting area

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Degree Educated with at least 2+ years Human Resources experience in an FMCG company, preferably in Reporting or Employee Lifecycle area
  • Proficiency in information platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workflows, ServiceNow, Business Information, etc.).
  • Substantial experience of information management, analysis, and reporting in a regulated environment, including knowledge of systems and tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel & Power Bi skills should be medium / advanced level of knowledge and usage).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in internal and external environment
  • Base (min), or Advanced (preferred) digital dexterity
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage several tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Ability and desire to learn new things

BENEFICIAL

  • Experience in Power BI or similar Reporting and Visualization tools
  • Understanding of Planning and Reporting processes
  • Experience in maintaining/editing dashboards for management reporting
  • A good understanding and knowledge of relevant Human Resources tools and systems, specifically SAP
