Job Summary

HR Technologies and Projects will play a key role in setting the strategic vision and roadmap of the HR systems landscape for DKSH Group.

This team will partner across HR, IT, the group/local HRIS teams and various other stakeholders to ensure the HR systems' growth, support and scalability are addressed; while enhancing the employee/manager experience.

At the same time, driving change and transformation by leading global HR system initiatives.
There is strong emphasis on partnering with group and local leadership teams to ensure success. General Responsibilities
Provide functional/domain expertise and translate HR/business requirements to technical teams
Supervise projects and coordinate all team members involved to keep projects on track
Communicate project timeline changes and new information to team; track project changes and adjust schedules as needed
Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements, strategize with project manager when needed
Manage project-related documentation by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
Stay updated with latest HR tech and continuously seek new tech/tools to improve HR operational efficiencies
Support continuous improvement initiatives - constantly assess and review system functionalities and processes; and propose improvements
Analyse data using various statistical models and industry accepted tools to provide innovative analytical insights to HR, business and support functions
Perform data transformation into formats that make it more appropriate for analysis
Ensure adherence to the principles of data quality management, including metadata, lineage, and business definitions
Provide data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers
Collaborate with and support global/local HR teams on all HR projects/initiatives
Perform other duties, within reason, as assigned by the manager as and when necessary
Functional Skills and Knowledge
Minimum four years of project coordination experience
Knowledgeable in project management methodologies and lifecycle, from planning to execution to closure
Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects
High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, project management tools
Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI)
High proficiency in data gathering, cleaning and transforming techniques
Experienced and knowledgeable in HR lifecycle and methodologies is an advantage
Demonstrable people skills and good communication skills with stakeholders from various backgrounds (countries, cultures, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Team player and comfortable working on multiple concurrent projects
Excellent attention to detail Education
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in engineering, computer science, math, software engineering, statistics, data science or a related technical field
